Art Van Furniture wanted to remind people they were an American brand. One of the ways they did that was with a Flag exchange program. If you brought in your old flag, Art Van would replace it with a new flag for free. We used this as an opportunity to onboard new subscribers. This form is more of an example of functionality than design. Upon filling out the form, an email is immediately triggered which the customer would bring in to get their new flag. This was such a successful program that we often ran out of flags with in the first weekend.
