    I was asked to create an email for people who are less active. Instead of promoting the current sale, I wanted to promote informational content the customer might find useful. I included articles from our blog, seasonal kick offs, deeper dives into each style collection, tips on better sleep and more. The goal was to stay connected with the customer even though they weren’t currently looking to purchase. That way when they were ready to shop, we would be top of mind.
